First of all, why book an appointment if they are going to going to over book and you end up waiting and pissing every one off. Why are they 3 people doing every pedicure ? Waste of time, you don’t even know who to tip after, they are lost and don’t know what they are doing. I had one guy start, then a woman then another guy. Now let’s start with the acrylic refill. These guys prepped my nail, filed it down and was about to apply the gel polish with no refill?!! like what the….. want my nail to break on a day? The. When I insisted for acrylic he was bothered. He did gelx on my broken nail which I absolutely hate. I asked ACRYLIC. Oh and I woke up to a few nails broken. WASTE OF MONEY AND TIME I am sooooooooooooop pissed off.

Ongles Lyly is awesome! Run by Lyly herself and her husband and brother these impeccable team Treat their clients like gold! They help their elderly clients to the door, bring you your purse and shoes and for me it’s the best pedicure abd nails I’ve ever gotten!
